    In order to withdraw money from Xoom, should the recipients have to have a PaPal information?

    Hi dorothy,

    No. Paypal is an option to fund your Xoom account before you send money, recipients can pickup at participating Equitable PCI Bank, Cebuana Lhuillier, One Network Bank, Banco de Oro, BDO Financial, and SM Forex (Shoemart) locations. Deposits are available to all major banks, and cash delivery (Pesos only) via courier is available throughout the country.
